Fundability Profile
A read of the business behind the deck, and the distance between what is true and what an investor currently sees.

The verdict
Computed, not opinion. Any area where Substance trails the round target caps the verdict at Nearly There, however strong the deck looks.
The business is more fundable than the materials show. A focused few weeks closes the distance between the two, before you sit in front of an investor.
Substance vs Signal
Each area is read twice. Substance is what is actually true, from the deck, website and your answers. Signal is what those materials project to an investor. The gap between them is where the next few weeks of work sit.
A technical founder with direct domain experience. The deck buries it on slide 11, so investors meet the weakest version of your strongest asset.
A top-down market figure the deck leans on. Real, but an investor will test it, and there is no bottom-up build to answer with.
Two pilots are framed as traction, and a 40 percent month-on-month figure rests on a two-month base. An investor reads this as early validation, not revenue; the signal runs ahead of the proof, and this is where the gap bites first.
A clear product with a credible wedge. Materials and reality broadly agree here, so leave it alone and spend the time elsewhere.
Pricing, CAC and break-even are asserted but not shown. This is a real gap, not a wording problem, and no edit to the deck will close it.
The pieces are there but do not connect. The €800K ask is not yet tied to the milestones it buys, so the story asks the investor to do the joining up.
The single biggest issue
The deck presents two pilots as traction and an €800K ask as the next obvious step, but the proof an investor needs, paying usage, repeatable pricing and a bottom-up market, is not yet on the page. Business Model shows the widest gap on the chart, yet it sits downstream of this one: evidence the pilots as revenue and most of it closes with them. The business may well deserve the raise. The materials do not yet earn it.
Other gaps, named not solved
Pricing and CAC are stated, not evidenced, and no model backs the break-even claim. An investor will ask on the first call.
The market is top-down only. A bottom-up build would be more defensible, and smaller, which is fine and more credible at this stage.
The eighteen-month plan does not map spend to the specific milestones that unlock the seed round, so the ask reads as a number, not a plan.
These are named here, not solved. Working through them is what an engagement is for.
What is working
Elena ran finance operations before building the fix. That is rare, and the deck barely uses it.
Two companies are running pilots. The demand is not hypothetical, it just needs to be evidenced as revenue.
The design and structure are strong. The evidence simply needs to catch up to the quality of the presentation.
What your materials claim, and what supports it
A representative sample of your claims and the evidence behind each. In the full profile every claim is traced to its source in your deck, website or form, nothing is invented, and each is marked for how well the evidence stands behind it.
| Claim | Source | Support |
|---|---|---|
| €2.4B market across DACH SME finance tooling | Deck, p.6 | Partial |
| Two pilots live | Deck, p.9 | Partial |
| Led finance operations at a Series B fintech | Website, About | Supported |
| 40% month on month growth | Deck, p.9 | Unsupported |
| Break-even by month 20 | Form, Q7 | Unsupported |
Your next step
Nearly There means the gap is closable, and most of it is evidence, not business. The next step is a focused Fundraise Preparation engagement: turn two pilots into an evidenced traction story, build the numbers an investor will ask for, and re-scope the ask to what the proof supports, before you approach a single fund.
